Production process

01

Planting

Every season, we start planting new coffee trees.
Each seedling is planted on the ground by the farmer's hands and carefully cared for every day. Carrying human expectations and strongly reaching adulthood.

Harvesting

From the vast mountains, the pure white color of coffee flowers at the beginning of the year, young green fruits gradually sprout, waiting for enough sunlight to turn red in the last months of the year.
Each ripe fruit is carefully picked by hand, with a lot of effort from the grower, bringing the identity of the growing region to each factory.

Peel the shell

Leaving behind the outer shell and the viscous meat layer, the workers' hands carefully rub and lubricate it.
Behind the silk shell, the shiny, smooth green coffee beans are revealed, carrying the full quintessential flavor of heaven and earth.

Drying

Plump coffee beans are bathed in sunlight, gradually evaporating the water in them. Applying the most advanced drying method, we have kept the delicious flavor in the hands of consumers.

Seed classification

Each coffee bean is put into a screening machine and classified according to bean size so that production quality is uniform.
The remaining bugs are meticulously removed by hand, by careful workers who care for each coffee bean as if it were their own life.

Roasting 

From green coffee beans, under the heat of temperature and the hands of skilled workers, the coffee beans gradually turn to the typical brown color. Depending on the purpose of use, coffee is roasted at different levels, revealing its unique flavor to the fullest.
